To create the ranking, J.D. Power took into account the number of problems reported for a brand for every 100 vehicles analyzed (problems per 100 vehicles / PP100). Compared to 2024, the incidence rate of recorded problems increased by 6% in 2025. A lower score indicates higher vehicle quality.
