Best Vacuum Cleaner Robots

First things first, if you’re wondering what a vacuum cleaner robot is, imagine a conventional cleaner, only this one is computerized and walks itself around the house.

Also, robotic vacuum cleaners are usually compact and magnificently low-slung, which means they can pick up dirt from places a regular cleaner cannot.

Please note, however, that these intelligent machines are usually not meant to replace standard cleaners – at least as far as no-frills models are concerned.

But since they do perform great at tidying up the home in between the regular vacuuming cycles, they are definitely worth considering as an addition to your old cleaner.

Especially if you’re someone who doesn’t devote a lot of time and energy to vacuuming, robot vacuums are a great option.

Here are a few high tech models available on the market today that are going to make cleaning so much easier for you.

Dyson 360 Eye – if you don’t mind investing a few bucks. (around $1000)

The Dyson 360 Eye is a high-end robotic vacuum with high suction power and one of the best at cleaning homes. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind paying big bucks for lasting machines, then this would be the ideal choice.

Best features: sharp design; smart technology; can handle roughly 1,000 square feet on a single bin.

iRobot Roomba 980 – one of the best performing on the market. (around $900)

Another machine that is well worth laying out the cash is the iRobot Roomba 980. A self-sufficient robot vacuum, it can clean an entire level of your home at the push of a button, so with a minimal effort on your part.

It detects places with extra dirtiness and it can find its way out from different furniture if stuck without damaging itself or the furniture.

Best features: avoids toys and clothes lying on the ground very well; app is easy to use; charges fast.

Samsung Powerbot R7070 – a very good product within a lower price range. (around $600)

It combines powerful cleaning with many smart features and it can be controlled with remote or companion application.

It’s not as small as the previous two, meaning it’s not able to fit under all furniture, but does an exceptional job at cleaning nevertheless. And the machine itself is very easy to clean.

Best features: automatically cuts up clumps of hair; you can schedule cleanings; is very easy to clean.

bObsweep bObi Pet Classic – removes pet hair very well and is much cheaper. (around $300)

It performs various tasks simultaneously and has high suction power. The best thing about this robot cleaner is its warranty twice as long compared to others.

While it’s not as smart at avoiding obstacles, it will remove pet hair efficiently and it does charge by itself, so if you keep things like flower vases out of its way, you should be happy with a purchase.

Best features: low profile so can slide under furniture smoothly; lightweight; includes self-charging base.

Eufy RoboVac 11 – a budget machine with the ability to pick up more dirt. (around $270)

For people within a tighter budget, this is the best robot vacuum cleaner.

The Eufy RoboVac 11 won’t perform as well as the above and it doesn’t come with as many advanced features as the more expensive models, but it’s a solid machine that will cost you less money and will still clean well.
