However, you will see that if you try to clip a coupon on the retailer’s website or within the store’s app, you will be required to sign in. Therefore, in order to benefit from digital coupons, you will need a digital account. If you have one, just sign in and link your Shopper’s Card to your account. To do this, after you’ve signed in, go to the “Profile Information” section and select the “Edit” option under “Shopper’s Card Number.”
If you don’t have a digital account, create one here. When doing so, you will be required to register your Shopper’s Card or enter your Alt ID number. By linking your card to your digital account, you will have access to hundreds of digital coupons, you will be able to check your fuel points, track your savings, and so on. In case you don’t have such a card, Dillons will create a virtual one for you.
Download the Store’s App
If you’re a lot on the go, you might want to try the store’s app. You can get it from the App Store or Google Play and even use it to create a digital account and a Shopper’s Card if you don’t have them already.
The app comes with various advantages, and one of them is that it enables you to access and clip hundreds of digital coupons even when you’re on the go. Plus, you can use the app to view your digital receipts, build a list of regulars, and manage your prescriptions.
How to Access, Load, and Redeem Digital Coupons
After you’ve taken the steps mentioned above, you can load the coupons of interest to your card. Once you’ve signed in, go to the Digital Coupon section for the latest offers. At the time of writing, this section featured 293 valid coupons covering a rich selection of products. You can also access them by going to “Save” in the main navigation and from there to the “Digital Coupon” page.

Once you’ve found the digital coupons you’d like to use, just clip them, and they will be automatically loaded to your Shopper’s Card. The loaded coupons should be available as soon as you clip them. However, sometimes it may take longer if your connection is not stable. If that happens, try to load them again later.
To see more details regarding a certain coupon, simply click on it, and a window showing details will open. You will thus be able to see when it expires and find out more about terms and conditions regarding that particular coupon.
You can load 150 coupons per household at a time. However, some coupons are valid over several months, and they may thus count as more than one coupon when you load them to your card. Redeemed or expired coupons are excluded from the maximum amount of coupons allowed on your card.
In case you want to remove coupons that you’ve loaded to your card, you can do so by going to the My Coupons tab within the Digital Coupons section. At the bottom of each offer in this section, you should see the “Remove from Card” option. Select it to remove the coupons you no longer want to use.
You don’t have to remove expired coupons manually as they will be automatically moved to the “Expired Coupons” section of the “My Coupons” page once they reach their expiration date.
After you’ve clipped all the valid digital coupons of interest, whether you do so from the retailer’s website or within the app, continue your shopping process and purchase the desired items. If you shop in-store, make sure you scan your Shopper’s Card or enter your Alt ID at the register. The discounts offered by the loaded digital coupons will automatically be applied to your purchase.
To make sure the discount was indeed applied, check the receipt. You should see the discount under the qualifying product identified as “ecpn.” Redeemed coupons will be removed from the “Active coupons” immediately and should appear in the “Redeemed Coupons” by the next business day.
